Delivery Times

Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive. This is standard for international shipping from China to the UK and allows us to keep our prices competitive.

Packaging

Your order will arrive securely packaged in a cardboard box, with products individually bagged inside to keep everything safe during transit.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped to the UK from China may be subject to customs checks. For orders over £135, import duties may apply and would be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking the UK government guidelines if you have any concerns.
