We want you to be completely happy with your Brickarmy order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@brickarmy.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@brickarmy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions
3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been opened, assembled, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
